NSA Cyber Director Rob Joyce to Retire After 34 Years
Now that is a career in public service. Joyce was the Cyber Director at NSA since 2021 and was at the NSA during the days that it was affectionately called “No Such Agency” for its secretiveness. Influencer “Crypto Rover” Accused of Pump and Dump for Crypto
A popular cryptocurrency influencer known as “Crypto Rover” has been accused by blockchain sleuth zachxbt of shady behavior, including accepting promotional payments from crypto projects and then not following through on his end of the deal, dumping tokens after promising followers he would hold, and secretly purchasing tokens for memecoin projects before pumping the price by posting about them. European Parliament Subcommittee Phones May Be Hacked
Traces of hacking have been found on two phones belonging to members of the European Parliament’s Subcommittee on Security and Defense, prompting a warning for all committee members to have their phones checked. AT&T Cell Outage Disrupts Service for Millions
Millions of AT&T customers woke up on Thursday to no service. AT&T says that it was not a cyber attack. It was resolved later in the day, but the outage affected some 911 call centers and first responders. As we remove the old copper landline phones, we have become very dependent on cell service.
